The SESHA 34th Annual International High Technology ESH Symposium and Exhibition will be held at the Dolce Hayes Mansion in beautiful San Jose, CA, April 9-13, 2012. The cultural thrills of San Francisco, the vineyards of Napa Valley, and the sparkling beaches of Santa Cruz all lay within easy reach of the estate's prime location, 15 miles from San Jose International Airport and 45 minutes from San Francisco and Monterey.
You are invited to submit an abstract to be considered for inclusion in the Symposium. Papers are being solicited for the following topic areas:
- Greenhouse Gas Programs (Emissions Estimating, Inventory Tracking, Abatement Technologies, etc.)
- Global Harmonized System and Compliance Strategies
- ESH & The Supply Chain
- Global Chemical Regulations and Compliance Strategies (REACH, RoHS, TSCA Reform, GHS, etc.)
- Emerging ESH Codes and Regulations
- ESH Issues in the PV / Solar Manufacturing Industry
- Safety / IH Issues and Programs (Electrical Safe Work Practices, Lockout/Tagout, Implanter Safety, Ergonomics, IH Sampling Strategies, New Chemi cal Toxicology, etc.)
- Energy and Utility Conservation / Alternative Energy Technologies
- Nanomaterial ESH Studies
- Risk Management
- Climate Change Mitigation Strategies
- Chemical Management and Pollution Prevention Technologies
- Waste Minimization and Green Programs (Recycle, Reclaim, Reuse Strategies / Sustainability)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (Conflict Minerals Reporting, EICC, etc.)
- Lessons Learned
Presentations should be 45 minutes in duration (please include approximately five minutes for questions and answers). Speakers will be expected to use elec tronic presentation materials displayed through a data projector.

- The deadline for abstract and bio submission is 27 January 2012.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection will begin 13 February 2012.
- Selected speakers must submit a paper or presentation materials by 1 March 2012 for peer review.
Professional Development Courses
You are invited to submit a syllabus for a Professional Development Course (PDC) to be held at the Symposium. PDCs can be either full day or half day. Submit abstracts and bios using this web site.

PDC's and Speakers in the following subject areas are especially encouraged:
- Introduction to Semiconductor and Photovoltaic ESH
- Codes and Regulations (Specific to Semiconductors and Photovoltaics)
- Risk Management
- Emerging ESH Issues (Nanomaterials, New Chemistries, etc.)
- Emergency Response
Each course will have a target audience indication to assist attendees in choosing their courses. Please include a syllabus of the course, an abstract (using the same format as noted on the submission for Symposium abstracts), bios of presenters and a budget.
- The deadline for PDC syllabus submission is 27 January 2012.
- Notification of acceptance will begin 13 February 2012.
- Final determination on PDC enrollment/breakeven will be 24 February 2012.
